My home is in a small quiet neighborhood just five minutes away from downtown and five minutes off the interstate. I am also 15 minutes from the horse park, airport and Keeneland.
I will provide a bed, clean sheets, clean towels, clean washcloths, bath soap, shampoo, hair dryer and coffee.
You may park in the driveway or on the street.
Pets of all sizes are welcome (house pets). ((Please be advised there may be pet(s) here)
I have a lab named Reesee who is in charge of greeting guests.

The bedroom has a queen size bed. It also has a small fridge and television.
The television has various streaming channels on it for you to watch. Feel free to log into Hulu and Netflix if you have accounts with them. If you have a Firestick and wish to use it, please do.
Towels, wash clothes and toilet tissue will be provided.
The kitchen is open to you as well. Pots, pans and utensils are there for you to use. There is a keurig in the kitchen for use. I have coffee and cups but you can bring your own if you wish.
I have wi-fi on the property. The password is posted on the wall in the room.
The bathroom is shared with another space I rent out to Airbnb.
There is a shelf in the walkway that has carpet cleaner for pet messes,rags for spill clean up, hand sanitizer, alcohol disinfect spray and extra phone charges if you forgot yours.

The front door has a keypad on it. You should receive an email or message through the app with the check in instructions. Please let me know if you don’t and I will send those to you.
You may use the other areas of the house except my bedroom or garage. If you are having trouble entering my home, please message or call me directly. DO NOT ASK MY NEIGHBORS OR BOTHER THEM FOR ANYTHING.

I want you to enjoy your stay and have fun while you are here. Please keep in mind I live here and will be on the premises. There will be other guests on premises as well through various times. If I’m not at home, please text or call with any questions. The best way to reach me is texting. Common courtesy will be greatly appreciated.
If there is any special information I should know like allergies, special needs or you're bringing a pet please let me know when you book. If you need an early check in or late check out, please let me know when you book the room. I stay booked quite a bit and it may or may not be possible.
*If you are scared of, don’t like or allergic to pets, my place may not be suitable for you. However I hope I get to meet you.

I love my little neighborhood because of its location and quiet nature for being so close to downtown. I'm located five minutes off I-75, from downtown (Rupp arena), and 15 minutes from the airport and horsepark.
One of the biggest attractions in Lexington is Keeneland! Come see the horses and beautiful track. It's only 15 minutes away.
The horse park is 15 minutes away with a straight drive from my home. Lexington is the horse capital of the world so it's only right to visit the horse park and all it's wonders.
