As indicated in the listing, there is no lift, so you must climb the stairs to reach the flat. Of course we are always happy to assist our guests with their luggage during the checkin. We are sorry to hear about the problems you experienced with the Wi-Fi. If for any reason we seemed unapproachable, we apologize, as with a quick phone call, we could have had somebody explain to you how to improve it by resetting the router. As for the dryer function, it works well and we have now added instructions on how to operate it for future guests.
