The air condition units within the apartment are very efficient whilst the installed ceiling fans are complimenting a quick cooling after off periods or may be sufficient already to feel comfortable.
I recommend for the summer months (May to September) setting the thermostat at 24-22 degrees Celsius while running it on stage 1 or 2 maximum. Beyond this period already 25 degree Celsius are more than enough to feel comfy.
However, there is no need to run any of the 3 separate chiller 24/7 just because everything is paid for, by your host. Kindly consider adequate utilization of A/C and ceiling fans during your stay. Your personal health and the environment will much appreciate this.

The check-in time is as of 15.00 hrs and check-out is 11.00 hrs. If these times cause you difficulty, please advise us at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made after the booking. Check-in and check-out times may be flexible to suit your travel plans but this depends on other guests checking-out on the day of your arrival and other guests checking-in on the day of your departure. Please ask us before confirming your travel arrangements.
For arrivals before 07:00 the booking must be made and held from the night before. For morning check-in after 07:00 there may be an additional charge which is determined by the check-in time. In respect to check in to all guests, kindly adhere to the checkout policy as agreed or you may be charged for consecutive whole day. Upon your departure from the apartment it is your responsibility to return all keys and remote controls for appliances that belong to the apartment. You will be charged a replacement value of lost items which will be deducted from the security deposit.
In accordance to Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying within holiday homes premises as specified by Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the “Tourism Dirham Fee" for each night of occupancy of a room. 20 AED per night will be collected upon check-in by a member of our team.

Key Hand Over & respective Charges
Office hours - Sunday to Thursday between 7 AM to 5 PM - No charges
After Office hours - Sunday to Thursday between 5 PM to 7 AM and Weekends - Friday and Saturday 24 hours US$ 30 will be applicable for each key drop off and pick up to or from the apartment.
This will be payable by the guest on arrival.
