I am sorry if the apartment did not meet your expectations, but I would like to reply to a few points.
In the kitchen I offer all the utensilies to cook but no meals for hygienical purposes, as I have already explained to you. On the contrary, soap is provided!
My clients are often happy for the assistance and the communication: I think you can understand that I cannot stay all the night in front of the computer to reply to the messages, above all if the only complaint regards a washing machine and a minor problem with the shower (minor because it did not empeche you to take a shower). The day after your compaint, I asked to change the washing machine with another one till the moment the new piece to repair the previous washer will be delivered and the shower has been fixed. I think that the problems have been solved in a very fast time!
The person you met at the moment of the check-in knows very well the apartments where you stayed. But, sorry to say, she admitted she had some difficulties with you...
