The small apartment, 24 m² plus the sleeping loft and a small bathroom with a tub, no shower. The kitchenette includes a microwave, no stove top. Centrally located, the nearest restaurant and the swimming pool a mere 1 min walking distance away and a 3 min walk to the supermarket. Built in the 1930’s and was named "Draumaland" or Dreamland. The apartment itself is an old converted barn, we live in the adjoining house with our husky so we are always close by if you need us.

The space is split into upstairs and downstairs. The ladder to the sleeping loft is quite steep and the bathroom is upstairs and it has a low ceiling and a curtain no door. Downstairs there is a seating area and kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. No oven or cooking stove.

You will have full access to the small apartment thru a private entrance. It is separate from our home so it is completely private. Feel free to use the garden.

We have a husky dog, who is very fond of people.
We have a full permit for our listing.

For a wonderful glacier view just walk down our street, about 200 meters (2 min walk) to the shore that has a walking path along the shore line. The path has signs along the way with information and points of interests.
