Jeremy was an unemployed actor looking for auditions who practiced his lines between 2 and 4 am. The house rules, as printed in the airbnb website that you see before renting, state quiet after 10 pm. I work in the daytime from 8 - 5, rise at 6, and need to sleep, especially between 2 and 4. Jeremy said the heater was missing and I gave him another the day he told me. Jeremy also stated that he saw a waterbug and asked for pest strips which I gave him. I haven't heard about the skinks until reading this. I have not seen lizards in the house, but anything is possible. Jeremy complained of the gas leak on Monday night at 10 PM and it was fixed the following morning. I am not certain what kind of communication he wanted. He liked to email on Saturday night to ask for items, which I provided the following day.
