Affordable spacious living room. Suitable for someone who can sleep on every conditions. Live with other profesional & mature tenants in the modern apartment equipped with gym, pools & sauna. Trendy suburb, very close to bus stops.

RARE & affordable opportunity to live in Waterloo modern apartment, a spacious furnished bedroom in the living room with full coverage from the rest of the living room area, with own access to balcony in a modern 3 bedroom apartment in a popular suburb, Waterloo. Partion wall is around 1.9 meters high from the floor. Other tenants sill have a good size living room which also has access to the balcony. Your privacy is just like in a normal room, except the partition wall does not reach the ceiling.
12-15 minutes by bus to CBD. High speed wireless internet is included. The queen bed is a high quality mattress. You will be sharing the house with 5 other people and full kitchen facility is available. There's a wardrobe for you to use. 34 inch TV + Foxtel + DVD in the living room for you to use. You can have the whole the house for yourself in weekdays from 8.30AM-6PM as everybody is at work. Please bear in mind that my other flatmate uses the TV in the living room few times a week from 7PM to 9.30PM.
There's a proper size gym & pool facility in the complex, which is included. The pool facitily has 4 pools & 2 saunas.
Waterloo is near Redfern & Surry Hills, walking to Central station will take 20-25 minutes.
Meriton complex is a favorite among professionals because it has two big groceries stores right in the complex (Coles & Aldi), cafes, restaurant, 24hr convenience shops, hairdressers, and organic shops.
Carpark spots is available in the street throughout the complex (just be mindful of the parking signs regarding the time limit). There's unlimited one in the factory across the unit, & Phillip St near Coles shop.
Four frequent buses from Bourke St to go to CBD: route Metro Bus M(phone number hiddenand 303. 8 minutes walk to Anzac Pde to catch buses to Coogee, Maroubra, & Little Bay.
