A very attractive one-bedroom appartment on the top floor of a five-floor building with a breathtaking view of the port and the sea. The apartment has been newly refurbished with brand new furniture and fittings and is ideal for a couple but can comfortably accommodate up to four people. It has a large lounge-diner with a terrace on the lounge side and a balcony on the bedroom side. Located within a stone's throw from the beach, ideally situated near shops, cafés and restaurants.

- Very close to the centre and all shops and restaurants.
- Completely renovated and refitted in February 2017.
All mod cons : dishwasher, washing machine, senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, hairdryer, wide screen TV, WIFI, quality bed (160 x 200) and a sofa bed (140 x 200) in the lounge. Board games, books, ideas for outings and leisure activities. Please note that the apartment is unsuitable for young children as the balcony and terrace are potential risks. There is no lift to the top floor of the building on which the apartment is located.
Please note that the apartment is non-smoking.
- Direct flight connexions to or from Montpellier airport (from april to october or mai to september): Berlin - Düsseldorf - Bristol - London- Copenhague - Amsterdam - Rotterdam - Dublin - Bâle/Mulhouse - Barcelona - Porto - Moscou

Payment is required for parking from 1st May to 30th September (fixed charge of 35 euros / week). However, a large car park, free of charge, is available near the amphitheatre, a 15-minute walk away. Directions are provided upon reservation.

PROPERTY GUIDELINES :
- Parking within the courtyard if a space is available (there are 9 spaces for 12 apartments).
- Hot water from an immersion heater. Electric heating controlled manually. Do not forget to turn off or turn down the heating on the day you leave.
- The wind can be strong. Do not leave any personal effects on the terrace or the balcony in the event of wind. Doors may slam if windows or doors are open on both sides of the property – please use the doorstops. Wind coming from the sea generally brings rain. Take care not to leave the lounge windows open as showers can be heavy and water may seep into the apartment.
- Recycling bins for glass and packaging can be found at the end of the road towards the beach. Regular refuse is to be disposed of in the large bin under the porch.
- Please remove sheets from the beds and empty the bins before leaving.
