Just off infamous 30A and the world renowned Emerald Coast is within walking distance to the Beach, restaurants, boutiques, lounges, live music, outdoor events, salons etc. Park your car then walk or bike to everything! bring your families and make precious memories! I promise you won't regret it!

This lovely new beach home has enough room for everyone! Featuring 4 bedroom 3 1/2 baths, 2 private balconies off the front king bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors with ocean views!! Enjoy relaxing on your private decks soaking up the warm Florida sun while enjoying the breathtaking views of the ocean. Who wouldn't love that??
The children's bunk room with a large tv and sitting/play area is their own private escape when they are not building sand castles on the white sands of the emerald coast with you.
Kitchen has everything you will need to whip up a delicious family meal including a beautiful new set of professional Wolf Gang Puck pots and pans.
All beds new and comfy including a full memory gel foam mattress in the middle bunk of bunk beds. Great place if Mom and Dad wish to sleep in the same room as their wee ones. Children's bunk room sleeps 4 with the pull out trundle the kids will love!!
Large grill on the back deck for Dad to show off his cooking skills!!
House comes with everything you will need for the beach:
-Beach buggy to carry your things to the beach
-Cooler on wheels
-2 umbrellas
-12 beach chairs
-12 beach towels
-Sand toys for the children

WE ARE BOTH ORIGINALLY FROM THE NORTH, NOVA SCOTIA, CANADA AND OHIO. WE OBVIOUSLY MOVED SOUTH TO ENJOY WARMER TEMPERATURES AND COASTAL LIVING! WE HAVE NO REGRETS! :) WE TRULY LOVE THIS AREA AND LIFESTYLE! WE BIKE, WALK AND TAKE OUR GEM CAR TO MOST EVERYTHING AROUND US. IT'S A LAYED BACK ATMOSPHERE WITH EVERYONE IN THE SAME HAPPY MINDSET. WE HOPE YOU WILL ENJOY IT HERE AS MUCH AS WE DO!!
