The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, a desk, a bathroom with spacious shower, a sitting room (with sofa bed extra sleeping) on an open fully equipped kitchen. You have, also, a terrace of about 25m2, sheltered and furnished. Towels and sheets provided. A basic crockery provided. Beds are made upon arrival.

In summer, the lake offers its water sports and mountain countess hiking trails. In winter, ski resorts "Semnoz", "La Clusaz", the "Grand Bornand" are at only 25 minutes.
