Evergreen Point is a small and quiet neighborhood located just outside of downtown Saratoga Springs. It is close enough to the action but yet feels so far away. You would never think while relaxing on the back patio that you are only 3 miles from downtown and 1 mile from SPAC.

My wife and I have lived in Saratoga Springs for our entire lives. We absolutely love the energy here during the summer time and enjoy eating at the many restaurants Saratoga has to offer.
