This house has a special feel and character. The unique shape and layout of the house makes it perfect for families and large groups while also providing a fun environment in spacious and airy indoors.

It is a huge ranch style home with a retro look and feel. It can sleep up to 25 people( $15 pp/day above 10 people ) Huge deck overlooking the acreage .Large kitchen with seating of 8. Dining table with seating of 8 ,both are similar and can be joined for seating 16 people for family feasts during family holidays .
Walking trails all around . Close to all major freeways. 15 minutes from DFW Airport .A getaway feel right in the middle of the city .
Perfect for a visit/staycation with family and friends .
Events and parties possible subject to host approval and an additional discretionary fee decided by the host depending on the event and number of people .
