Families will enjoy that the two units are on the same property but, there is separation between the two units. Each unit has everything you need and will make your stay here very comfortable. The upstairs unit has the largest dining area so everyone can come together for meals.

Due to Coronavirus we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize with the utmost care! Our cleaners will be wearing masks and gloves for cleaning and using products with bleach to sanitize all surfaces. We will also be washing and drying all linens on the hottest settings. We will provide Lysol cleaning wipes for guest use. Prior to guest arrival and upon guest departure we will be asking if anyone has experienced any flu/virus like symptoms so that we might take extra precautions in those cases. We ask that guests reschedule their visit if anyone has been sick up to 1 week before their arrival.

West Newport is Newport's best kept secret! This is a multi-million dollar beach home community and is well taken care of. Expansive beach with tons of volleyball, fun river jetties area for surfing or wading. Great restaurants right across the street (Burger Boss, NB Cafe / Market, Cucina Alessia, Eat Chow, Cappy's Cafe, Spaghetti Factory and less than 1 mile to the north - brand new and super cool Pacific City (as seen on Real Housewives of Orange County). Its also very quiet at night on this side of town.

My husband and I bought this property because of its amazing location. We have 3 boys and they would surf everyday if we let them. We worked really hard on renovating this property and are so proud to share it with everyone. It has been so much fun getting to know our guests and this experience has shown us how many wonderful people there are in the world! If there is anything at all you need, we will be there in a heartbeat. We hope to see our guests back every year! That is our Labradoodle Tilly in the picture. She loves the water even more than the boys!
