One Queen master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a bonus loft with two twin beds (steep ladder access). Both bathrooms have showers. Washer/dryer with supplied detergent, fully stocked granite kitchen, dual stone wood burning fireplace (firewood provided), Wi-Fi, and satellite TV with Netflix. Keurig coffee machine with supplied coffee, teas and hot chocolate. Under 10 minutes to I-75/64 and convenient to bourbon distilleries. Under ten minutes to the Legacy Trail, a 12 mile scenic bike/walk trail that takes you to downtown Lexington. We can provide two adult bikes and two 18” kids bikes. From May to October, you may see Olympic show jumpers schooling in our arena. Bring your horse! 14 x 14 rubber matted stalls, a paddock for turnout, and 120' x 240 all weather arena available for $50/night.

Entire cottage and creek area. Guests are also welcome to walk around farm and visit with the horses and ponies. They love carrots and apples and some like peppermints.

Toddlers/young children are allowed, but the loft area is not suitable. The ladder is steep and railings widely spaced at the top. We are also pet friendly for non destructive and housebroken animals!

& Key and Woodford Reserve distilleries 30 minutes away and Town Branch 15 minutes. 5 minutes to Evans Apple Orchard, which features a huge play area for children and home grown fruit and vegetables available (or can pick your own). Restaurants/convenience stores within 10 minutes. Whole Foods will deliver through Amazon Prime. Legacy Trail is very nearby and is a 12 mile walking/biking trail going from the Kentucky Horse Park to downtown Lexington.
