The Nueva Alejandria is a minimum 1 month stay building that features a fully equipped gym, roof top pool and probably the best location in Medellin - you'll be walking everywhere! All units are either 1 or 2 bedrooms and have fast and stable 20-40 Mb Wifi internet. Also within walking distance to EAFIT for Spanish students and within a 10 minute walk to Parque Lleras.

The building features a rooftop pool, sauna, steam bath, gym, and 24h security. All the building amenities are at your disposal from 9 am - 10 pm. The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance and on Tuesdays when Monday is a holiday.

Check-in is 24 hours a day and very simple, you just show your passport upon arrival and keys will be waiting at security. I usually get in touch before check to either coordinate a personalized one or to coordinate a visit afterward to check on things. We also request that ALL guests sign a separate contract that we have to forward to the building administration to authorize check in.
Our Casacol office is only 1 block away in the Rio Sur building and I work on site at the building so I'm available for anything you need during your stay. I'm always available via text message or email before, during, or after your stay.
