A modern house for 2-3 people with a private pool and spectacular views to Andratx village and mountains.
The owner of this house has managed to combine a chic style with rustic elements, creating a unique home for our guests. A design 3m x 2m-sized pool with a chlorinated water is 1m deep. Here you can enjoy swimming with open views to the village and nature. Next to the pool there is a terrace with a gravel ground which invites you to prepare a barbecue in the afternoon. An outside shower is ideal for cooling off during hot summer days. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
Inside the house there is a lounge with a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and a satellite TV. It will be a great fun to cook in a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. A laundry corner on the terrace has washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The staircase leads to the first floor and to an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Here you will find a bathroom with shower as well as a small living room with a double sofa bed. A cot and high chair are available on request.
The house location is ideal for those who seek tranquility but wish to be near amenities. This house is close to many trails and routes for cycling. You can explore the Sierra de Tramuntan and its charming villages such as Banyalbufar and Sóller, climb the mountain La Trapa or Puig de So Na Vidala. In the village of Andratx you find all the services: a supermarket, bars, shops and a gas station. In a few minutes by car you arrive to Puerto de Andratx, a coastal town with a luxurious air. The next sandy beach is 11km away at Camp de Mar, and you can also visit the beaches of Sant Elm, Santa Ponsa and Cala Vinyes. The Andratx golf course is just 4km from the house. A car is necessary, but we recommend a small one as the road leading to the house is narrow.
