My apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (two full flights of stairs up, no elevator!) of an over 125 years old (not renovated) building next to the church 'Maria vom Siege'. I live here since 2009, with my cats Kiki & Indy. The apartment is very close to the shopping street 'Mariahilfer Straße', any kind of public transport (metro, tramway, bus) and famous sights like Schönbrunn Palace. Attention: currently there's a construction zone in the staircase, sorry for that!

Apart from the private room for guests there's a shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and toilet (all shared).
Please note: this is my home and I don't allow any extra people in my apartment without any prior permission. It's not possible to book for 1 but stay in pairs!

My place is not suitable for anxious people who are scared easily. The building is over 125 years old and there are some dark corners in the hallway. Neither it‘s suitable for older people or if you have a lot of luggage - there‘s no elevator, the floors in the apartment are not plane and there's a bathtub (no shower).
The measures of the bed in the guestroom are 140 x 200 cm (4,4 x 6,5 ft). Linen and towels are usually washed with organic & disinfectant detergent, without softeners.
The lower windows in the apartment can't be opened (cats are living here)! The use of synthetic deodorants (like 'Axe' or 'Fa') is not appreciated, it's almost impossible to get rid of the smell in the textiles in the guestroom and subsequent guests might feel molested.
I attach a lot of importance to cleanliness and disinfection, but the cats tend to do their own thing ;-) Please don't blame me for some cat litter here and there.
