This is my home and I would love to share it with you, if you can just please adhere to the following:
- No smoking inside building
- No parties or disturbing of neighbours
- No pets
- Keep the place clean
- Be considerate to my neighbours
- Treat apartment and furniture as if it were your own, also with respect
- Please let me know if something breaks or is damaged or is not working properly during your stay so that I can replace or fix it immediately.
- Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you leave the house.
IMPORTANT:
Tourist accommodation tax : 1.00 euro per person per night.
Children under 12 years are exempt.
It will be collected at your arrival.
