Conveniently located at 5 minutes walking distance from bus stop and 10 minutes from metro and train station, the quiet apartment is surrounded by gym club, laundromat, beauty center, coffee and pastry shops, supermarkets and post office. The apartment is remodeled and very cozy. It has woodfloor, a new bed and mattress and a stunning kitchen. From the balconies you can enjoy a wide-open view. It can accomodate up to 4 people. There is a locked room where we keep boxes related to our movings.

We are from Rome and we moved to Califonia to follow the american dream and trying to get the most of this unique experience. I am a scientist and my husband is a professional violinist now turned into a well established architectural photographer. In 2018 we moved to France to start a new adventure with our beautiful children. We took very good care of our apartment in Rome. It belonged to my dear grandmother and, before moving in, we remodeled the entire apartment where we have lived for only two years. My parents live just across the street for any question you might have and the neighborhood is great. The proximity to the metro and train station makes the location strategic since you can easily reach the city center as well as the airport or the train if you are traveling around Italy and Europe. Very importantly, you will have available a brand new kitchen and a brand new bed and mattress of famous makers synonymous of quality and comfort. In the living room there is a sofa bed for extra guests. I am looking forward to knowing you and have your feedback about our apartment and Rome, the magic city that you will fall in love with immediately. I would love to give you tips and suggestions on hidden places to visit, places to eat the best italian food or places to enjoy a nice "aperitivo" along with stunning views.
