Our apartment is on the top floor of a typically "marseillais" 4 stage building without elevator. So you'll use your legs to reach the apartment and you'll be rewarded !
The apartment has some very good "cachet" (mansion mansard original volumes, south exposition with terrace, good isolation, traditionnal tiles floor, luminous due to its south expo).
“Rue Sainte” is famous for its restaurants, and lively vincinity with all you need at a very short foot distance. Bars, Restaurants, Metro, Boats

Since 1 year we’re here, we try to upgrade it keeping in balance its original cachet with some new arrangements.
“Rue Sainte” is famous for its restaurants, and lively vincinity with all you need at a very short foot distance. Bars from the Cour d’Estienne d’Orves, Vieux Port with fishermen and all cruising tour options (Frioul, Les Calanques). We use to make all our food-shopping in rue Davso which is one street above where you can find bakeries, coffee maker, butcher, vegetables, supermarket.
In terms of transport, everything is between 2 and 5 minutes walking.
Metro (Vieux Port), Bike renting such as “velib”, Bus Lines, Ferry Boats for Frioul or Les Calanques.
If you like to walk we are 15min from Notre Dame de La Garde, 20min from Train Station (but 5min if you take the metro) 10min from Noailles market....

Floriane & David, nous sommes installés à Marseille depuis 6 ans de retour du Brésil. On voulait y trouver un bon mélange de cultures, de paysages et d'options pour être heureux, on est pas déçu. Souvent en bateau, en kayak, à la nage, avec des copains, des barbecues et autres. On sera ravis de partager nos bonnes adresses et notre façon d'aimer Marseille avec les gens de passage. Floriane & David, we are settled in Marseille since 6 years back from Brazil. We chose it for its good mix of people, caractere, landscapes and options to be happy and we are not disappointed. Often sailing, kayaking, swimming with friends, barbecues and ingredients of adventure. We would be happy to share the good spots we discovered and our knowledge-curiosity of/for Marseille with traveling people.
