There’s a video recording Ring doorbell located by the utility closet next to the unit for our and our guests safety . Absolutely no cameras inside the unit . Photos of the camera location and views of the camera available in the description photos .

•We will only provide 6 free armbands for the pool and passes for 2 parking spaces. •Free WIFI
•Our unit is nicely decorated ,clean, has a high ceilings, spacious rooms and over sized balcony.

We strongly encourage our guests to get travel insurance should you need to cancel your trip ,it is very inexpensive and you will be protected if a last minute emergency comes up .You can go to insuremytrip and make a quote for several companies .

Please do not ask for early check-in, it is completely unnecessary as we let guests in as soon as we can. Check-in time is 4 PM , access will be provided only after a home is ready, not earlier

What we provide : bed linens ,bath,hand towels and washcloths, 4 rolls of toilet paper ,1 roll of paper towels,4-5 dishwasher packs,travel size lotion ,shampoo ,conditioner .
WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS, please bring your own . Bath towels or blankets cannot be removed from the home at anytime.

Please remember that you're staying in a private condo, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Two parking passes and 6 pool armbands provided.
The armbands are reusable , they must be left in the unit after each departure, there will be a $20 charge for each lost wristband .
Check in time 4 PM , check out 10 AM. There will be $50 charge for every 30 minutes of late check out unless arranged with the host .
Guest can park under the building or in the 3 story parking across the street and use sky walk .Parking pass required to be placed on the mirror.
