The stone build villa Iris is 205 square meters, private, with independent pool. There are 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom. The upper floor has white floors and ceilings, while the second level and external spaces have white marbles making the atmosphere very calm and bright.
Every room has stunning blue views and you can see Ithaca, Cephalonia and 2 other neighbor islands. It is standing on a low hill in a very quiet and green area.
Upstairs you will find the big kitchen, a king double bedroom with the en-suite bathroom and the living area. The second level has two king double bedrooms and in between there is a smaller kitchen with an extra WC.

You can walk down a steep path (45 minutes ~) and find a small quite beach that has majestic green and blue waters. Vassiliki bay is just 4km away from the villa and has water sport activities of all types and boat rentals, restaurants, bars and more.
On the other side of the hill 15km away there is Porto Katsiki beach, the most famous one, that has been awarded between the top 10 of the world for many years.
