The house consists: three rooms with private bathroom, kitchen with large shared terrace. The house is equipped with all the comforts, wiifi, coffee machine, washing machine. All rooms are equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer. For smokers, it's strictly forbidden to smoke in public areas, but it will be possible in the balcony/terrace which each room is provided.

We have thought to take advantage of our unused space to make it available to anyone wishing to spend days, weeks, in our wonderful town. Tastefully decorated rooms combining industrial style with modern classics. The rooms are located on the first floor of our house. That's why we will be at your disposal at any time you need it.

We inform our guests that, starting from 2018, Avola's Municipality has established the tourist tax; the tax amount is equal to € 1.50 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The fee will be paid directly to our facility.
