The apartment is 44 m2 ( 470 sqft) with a spacious, cosy living room with windows to the street, with a double bed in the bedroom and 1 comfortable double sofa bed in the living room to sleep. A small balcony belongs to the living room, good for siting and having a cup of coffee and watching how the life vibrates on the street. The separate bedroom with a double bed is facing to the inner court of the building, therefore it is really quiet. There is a well equipped kitchenette for your convenience and there is a bathroom with bath and toilet. Please note that sleeping in the living room may be a bit less quiet than in the bedroom, since the windows are facing to the street side. We supply you with ironed bedclothes, three towels per head which is higher quality of service than the standard Airbnb requirement.

The apartment is located on the central ring road (Szent István körút) on the border of the famous down-town, 5th district, 5 minutes walk from the Parliament. The tram no. 4-6 stop is just 150 m away and is going across the Centrum of Budapest 24/7 frequently (also to Buda side), so you have really easy access to all touristic parts of Budapest all day. :) For runners, the beautiful Margaret Island embraced by the Danube is just 8 minutes walk, where 5 km running track is established along the river and also outdoor training stations for sporty people. The large shopping mall, Westend City Center is also about 10 minutes walk from us. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, 24/7 grocery stores are literally a few steps from your door and life never stops in the neighbourhood!
