Yes, we are a company of total five people who do their best to satisfy the needs of our customers.
As we understood one person of your family was seriously ill, so that as a favor and exception we allowed you to enter the apartment already at 11 am, right after previous guests checked out.
We allowed only 1 person + 1 accompanying person to stay in the apartment during the cleaning so that the cleaning process will run smoothly and efficiently.
We wanted to make sure your apartment is fully settled before our standard check-in time, 16:30. We are sorry you found the way of the cleaning lady communication crabby, but we asked the rest of the group come for the check-in at 16h30, but they constantly were coming in and out, which could be the reason why the cleaning lady behaved this way.
Regarding the amenities, we sent our technician to personally check/fix the microwave, fridge and the sofas. He told us everything was in a proper order and we were also on the phone each time to help you and explain how to use the amenities.
Anyways, we hope you still have good memories of Prague.
