This is unit 1 of 3 within Coco Cliffs Rentals. First floor of our stacked Condominium, the warm and welcoming atmosphere will have you feeling calm instantly. Guaranteed you will not be disappointed with this lovely condo. Enjoy your private open patio with a spectacular view of the ocean and mountains. You'll be coming back every year for the tranquil, luxurious amenities. Relax in the two pools and listen to the rush of the waterfall in between them. We look forward to hosting you.

The living area opens to a large balcony, where
you can enjoy the view of our two pools, waterfall and the Pacific Ocean. The cool ocean breeze arrives every night . Gated Community, completely furnished. Master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom and closet. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances; dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, hardwood kitchen cabinets, and granite counter tops. All cooking tools included. New bbq directly outside kitchen. Ceiling fans and AC units throughout. Stacked washer and dryer in your unit. Open concept in the living room and kitchen with that spectacular Ocean view. TV cable and high speed internet. Coco Cliffs is well located on a paved road in a quiet neighborhood. A 20 minute drive from Liberia international airport.

The saltwater, infinity pools are going to be perfect for bringing your family together. You have open access to either pool any time of day. The ocean is easily seen from the top and bottom deck pool. You and your family can listen to the waterfall, and watch the sun rise and set over the mountains framing the ocean. The lower deck pool has a shallow area for which the children and grandchildren can safely splash and play. This also makes for great suntanning in shallow water. No matter how you decide to spend your vacation, you can rely on Coco Cliffs Condominiums to supply the backbone of a wonderful family holiday.

We have three units in total. With the availability to host up to 20 people. Ideal for weddings, reunions, retreats, family gathers, school reunions, business retreats, couples sanctuary, girls time. Please make inquiries, and we will work hard to accommodate your needs.

The beautiful beach is a 3km stretch and is breathtaking with volcanic black sand. Coco is a fishing village that harbours many boats. When walking the beach, it is common to see children playing soccer and dogs running and frolicking in the crisp ocean. Most people live by the phrase “Pura Vida” which means living naturally off the earth. This has made Costa Ricans one of the friendliest, healthiest, and happiest people in the world.
