We have 3 clean bedrooms, here on airbnb, all have been recently remodeled and updated, and all have closet space, dressers, and desks, all are located in the upstairs wing. The bathroom is shared with other guests. Fridge upstairs for guests, coffee pots and snacks for guests. We are both working professionals, we ask for respectfulness between 10pm and 6am. Check in is between 3pm and 9pm.. I am somewhat flexible on them, depending on days of the week.We do have security cameras for out side, and down stairs in OUR living area, there are NO cameras in the upstairs in the guest area. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE DOGS, PLEASE do not bring weapons int my house.

All of the upstairs. NOTHING DOWN STAIRS but the front door. We now use the August Security System. You will be given a key for your room, if you lose it or leave with it, there will be a $25 charge. Parking on the side of the road, in front of house. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE DOGS

Guest lodging will be upstairs, all bedrooms have lock on door, $25 charge for lost, or taken keys, parking is in front of house. Since we are working folks we offer snacks, water, coffee, tea. We have 2 friendly dogs, 2 friendly cats, none of them are allowed up stairs in sleeping area. We offer the use of the August System. We do ask that when you use the front door to keep an eye out for the dogs when you come in and go out. Check in is between 3pm and 9pm.. Our neighbors are great, nice and quiet. We have a great park to walk, run, bike, and even a kids FREE splash park! 2 miles away. Numerous places to eat, shopping, banks.
