My accommodation is located in the heart of the ""Quartier Latin"" (Latin Quarter) at the cross of boulevard Saint Michel and boumevard Saint Germain!
Less than 5 minutes walk from La Sorbonne, Luxembourg Garden and Le Pantheon, and 10 minutes walking from Notre Dame de Paris
It is very close to many restaurants, bars and to public transportation, especially ""Odeon"" subway station.
I hope you enjoy it for the comfort and the location.

For me the accommodation has three really interesting and nice elements:
- First of all it is very well located. It is close to many touristic places (Sorbonne, Pantheon, Notre Dame de Paris, Luxembourg Garden...). Also there are many bars and restaurants in the are.
- Then it has just been refurbished (October 2017) and is absolutely ready to welcome its first guests
- I cannot offer you services but my accomodation is all yours!
