I've been at this unit for 6 years. It's location makes it a wonderful place to experience Los Angeles and Burbank. (more below!).

The rental is a great place to stay. John is quick to answer any questions and very helpful. The apartment is hip, comfortable, and is close to a number of restaurants and studios. Recommended.

John's place is really great! For the price, it can't be beat. The location is very good - safe neighborhood, comfy apartment, quiet area. Lots of little shops in the area, and a Trader Joes right down the road. Wifi is fast, too. The kitchen is very tiny, but manageable. There i…
