One of the the nicest 1 bedrm vacation rentals on AMI! Our condo is elevated with about 11 steps. There is no unit above this one. Being end unit means it is very quite & peaceful! Note; All homes built on Anna Maria Island, since 1973, have been elevated. The condo is well furnished, spotlessly clean & equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is the most sought after part of the island. Just about a 50 second walk to the beach, a few minutes to shops, bars & restaurants.

Clean, quiet, powerful central A/C/heat system exclusively for this rental, with built in UV air purification. Not a loud, in the wall A/C unit, like some places, that don't cool properly and keeps you awake at night. Not recycled/ shared air like some places! You get so few vacations in life. Why stay a place with a cheap/loud through the wall A/C unit with poor sub par air quality?
Linens, towels, etc., expertly cleaned/dried to ensure 100% disinfected linens! Our laundry procedure uses HOT water (140 degrees F), a safe disinfectant product following product directions, and finally, a high heat machine drying cycle. These steps kill any germ, virus! So, no need to bring your own sheets and pillows! Feel safe using ours! You deserve this level of cleanliness. It's not what you see but what you don't see that we clean and sanitize that makes all the difference! Don't settle for less!

We also have a state of the art, $3000 UV water purification system. You will be drinking & bathing in the purest water on the island! Other rentals don't even think of offering purified water & air! We think you will notice the difference.
