Fallon's place was in a great location. The place is definitely small but if you don't need a lot of room it was just fine! It's a bit pricey for the size but location is great- a quick walk away from restaurants, coffee shops, and cafes.

Beverly, as stated in my review on your profile.. We are on-site and make ourselves available virtually 24/7 to our guests and their needs. You contacted us on the day you checked out expressing your dissatisfaction with the rental. If we would have been made aware of your dissatisfaction upon arrival, we would have immediately rectified any and all issues. You then sent an e-mail two weeks after check-out demanding a "resolution" by noon today. The exact words from your e-mail- "Please respond with a resolution by noon Monday, January 8, as that is when we will be posting our review on ABNB." I would like to take the time to address your complaints. I received the picture you sent of the loose screw on the bed. Based on the placement it looked like that came from the wall shelf above the bed. We would have been able to easily remove this loose screw. We replace the provided toiletries after every check-out, even if they were not used. I highly doubt that our cleaners would have done something this careless. We would have been happy to bring you any new or extra toiletries if you had requested them. We inspect all of our linens thoroughly for this exact purpose- even sheets that have a dot of a bleach stain on them get put in the donation pile. That being said, I wish that you would have contacted us immediately upon seeing this stain and we would have replaced linens. Our office with all of our clean linens is in the same building. We take mold very seriously and we have thoroughly inspected the shower in the unit and there is no black mold. The travel magazine must have fallen and the cleaner must have missed that since the headboard is up against the wall. If the magazine would have been under the bed, it would have been removed since it would have been clearly visible. Lastly- the "tissue".. from looking at your picture we were able to confirm that that was in fact a dryer sheet that apparently clung to the sheets coming out of the dryer. We use the seventh generation brand which is an organic brand, they have a different texture than your standard dryer sheet, which could have caused the confusion over what it was. We appreciate you making us aware of your concerns, I wish that we would have been made aware prior to the day of check-out and that this could have been handled differently.

Hi Heather, I'm happy to see that you enjoyed the location and the state of the studio. I allow pets because I am a pet owner myself and understand that traveling with pets can be a bit frustrating. The first night you were here your dogs were barking non stop and were scratching at the blinds on the front door. I tried my best to help by sending you links to several pet hotels and even reached out to close friends of mine who were willing to petsit rather than asking you to leave. I received your complaint the second night, responded promptly and asked the guests to quiet down. I did not hear from you again until the third night where you just decided to leave and did not mention to me that there was another problem. I am more than happy to give troublesome guests a stern warning or have them leave if it is a constant issue. I hope that you can return another time where noise will not be a problem. Fallon
