Great location, 2 blocks to shops and restaurants, on Park street. Lovely beach on the Bay is less then 10 minutes away. Bus on the corner goes to Fruitvale BART (10-15 mins). Close to both Oakland and San Francisco.

I travel a lot for my work as a Collaborative Meeting consultant. I get to work with large groups, often working on complex problems. I help facilitate getting the group to understand the various perspectives and make recommendations and decisions that are sustainable. I get to visit a lot of places but don't always get to stay long. I play piano and do improv. I have two grown children now. Through my work and interests I'm out to create harmony in the World.
