This cozy, family cabin is nestled on four peaceful acres next to National Forest in South Park, Colorado. While the cabin itself is secluded and private, it offers easy access to Historic Downtown Fairplay (5 min.), Breckenridge (30 min.) Excellent location for a variety of activities including hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and rafting trips. It is great for families, couples, and adventurers looking for a quiet mountain getaway that is still close to everything this area has to offer!

Comfortable, clean cabin located off Country Road 14 just outside Fairplay.
The cabin is on 4 acres at the end of a cul de sac backing to national forest. A perfect setting for a peaceful, private get away offering spectacular views.
We will have clean sheets, blankets and towels ready for your stay.
The cabin is fully equipped with cookware, coffee pot, toaster, crock pot ,microwave ,utensils, plates, cups, glasses, and a hair dryer. A T.V. is available to watch your favorite DVD's and your old VHS's.
In addition to the two bedrooms, the cabin has a loft with a bunkbed(Full size lower and twin upper) a queen futon and an additional twin bed.
We live in Denver but will be available to welcome you to our cabin and answer any questions to make your stay enjoyable!
