I characterize this apartment by tastefulness, space and functionality. The living room is the core of this beautiful crib. The large balcony ensures a perfect wide panoramic view over the bay of Tangier with Spain easily visible on a clear day. The openness and direct contact with the kitchen make this apartment the obvious place for entertaining and socializing. The wide glass door to the balcony ensures a proper amount of natural light which during day is reflected by the white walls, creating the feeling of expansion. A dining table with all necessities is also well integrated in the living room.

The living room has a 43 inch flatscreen TV with Satellite channels and a Netflix guest account and has direct access to the large balcony with a wide sea view. Open kitchen and dining table. 3 bedrooms : One master bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the balcony and two identical bedrooms with both a single bed. The single beds are transformable into double beds. Two bathrooms. There is a swimming pool in the complex ( only open in July and August ).

* clean sheets and towels for every guest ( for multiple day stays fresh towels and sheets change is free of charge, just send me a message when needed :-)
* shampoo, shower gel, hand-soap and toilet paper for you to use

* I have a 150 liters electric boiler for hot water. Four people can shower right after each other but more than four will have to wait for the boiler to heat up again.

The apartment is a stone’s throw away from the main beach “Plage Municipal” located on the main boulevard of Tangier ( Avenue Mohammed VI ).
The new Yacht Harbour is only a 5 minute walk. The Souk is about a 20 minute easy walk alongside the shoreline. If you don’t want to walk, you can get a taxi within seconds in front of the apartment. Once you get to the Souk and the Old Medina you can continue to the Kasbah by foot which is very close to the Medina (approx 5 min walk from the Medina). The City Mall is about a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
There are camels and horses available on the beach for rides. You can find many good restaurants, cafes and bars close to the apartment. There is a small supermarket just 20 meters from the entrance of the apartment complex. If you want a traditional hammam treatment you’ll find a good Spa just behind the complex.
