The White House, and all of D.C. are close by. Parking is a breeze, with no steps or hassle, your own private entrance.

All of your needs are only a short walk away. I have tons of information on Maryland, D.C. and Virginia for you, with places to visit or dine.
Save big compared to staying at a hotel. Hotels charge $40 a night parking, and $20 a night for Wi-Fi. Here free parking with your own private entrance, fast Wi-Fi plus many comforts of home. Why spend more when you will receive big savings with this lovely suite.
It is a hundred feet from a major bus stop and multiple bus line. Public transportation, should you decide to go that way, is a snap!
It is cooled and heated with a top of the line Mitsubishi. This MZ-FH12NA Heat Pump Air Conditioner Mini Split provides highly efficient solutions for heating and cooling personalized comfort for the individual zones in which it is installed. Their nearly silent fans deliver air quietly and continuously with a gentle whoosh for constant circulation and filtration.

The suite hosts a beautiful kitchen with custom cabinets, quartz counter top, self-closing kitchen wood cabinetry, professional series Frigidaire series kitchen appliances; includes dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster oven, microwave and Kuerig coffee machine.
The bathroom hosts a large marble top vanity, shower, self-closing wood cabinetry and a toasty heated towel rack. There is also an area to store and hang your garments.
Room to leisurely watch your favorite show, on a HD Samsung 32” Class 32” 1080 LED LCD TV:
with access to Wi-Fi via Verizon Fios, preferred stations, including HBO and the Sports Package for all you Texas Holdem or Football Fans.
A relaxing area to work on your laptop. Sleeping accommodations for two, on a new Oxford Plush Therapeutic Mattress. There is a hairdryer, as well as iron, ironing board, and handheld garment steamer. I have attempted to include everything to make your stay comfortable. I actually have all of the required "business travel amenities" except the lock box. I have the following Business Travel Ready amenities:

Essentials (toilet paper, clean towels, and fresh linens)

Montgomery County is only minutes away from our nation’s capital. Many only know its commercial centers, Bethesda, Silver Spring and Rockville, and its suburbs. The county also hosts rich natural, recreational and cultural sites. There are eighteenth century homes, railroads from the late 1800s, horse farms, weathered barns and lovely Victorian architecture here to admire. My local community Hillandale, also hosts a brand new beautiful recreational park.
From my suite the FDA/Federal Research Center is less than a half mile, capitol beltway 495 is less than a mile, rt. 95 a mile, U.S. Army Research Center two miles, University of Maryland ten minutes, with downtown Silver Spring a ten minute ride. Beltsville Agricultural Research Center nearby, Annapolis or Baltimore a half hour away. A drive to the Naval Academy is 35 minutes. And, you can drive to the heart of D.C. is twenty minutes. So close to all monuments and D.C. museums.
