Who said luxury can't be Eco-friendly? We're so green that we even compost here and have solar panels on our rooftop to fuel natural energy. Think that's cool? It get's even better! The building is Wisconsin's only LEED Platinum Certified multi-family building, which means we're pretty darn Eco-friendly and sustainable. If you've never been one to live a green lifestyle, that's okay - it's not too late to come to the greener side!

The apartment was designed with function and simplicity in mind, which you can experience through our choice of decor and furniture. It has a vibrant mid-century modern vibe that feels open and bright. We truly want our guest to experience our apartment with comfort in mind, while also learning about the many green aspects of the building! When you're coming into the lobby check out the TV screen that shows how much energy we're getting from the solar panels, which fuel the building and save energy!
You can sleep up to 6 guests in this 2 bed, 2 bath apartment which includes:
-1 queen sized bed, 2 twin sized beds
-1 air mattress (Need another? Ask away and we shall deliver it for that extra traveler)
-1 couch
-Hardwood floors throughout the unit
-Open concept living and kitchen layout

You have access to the entire apartment and the workout room located on the first floor. This includes a treadmill, orbital walker, weight machine along with cable TV and room temperature control.
