16 century Grade II listed Devon longhouse set in 11 acres of idyllic secluded countryside with fabulous views & our own wallabies ducks horses in the fields. You have your own entrance to your own huge patio/decking with outdoor seating/tables/pagoda & exclusive use of therapy hot tub spa. The lodge has large living/dining areas with fully fitted kitchen- complimentary tea & coffee, huge spacious bedroom with comfy King size bed, ensuite bathroom-walk in shower. JUST READ THE REVIEWS!

9 indoor stables also available if you want to bring your horses - (please message me) lots of nearby hacking around the area and beautiful beaches to ride on. Or just make use of our outdoor arena & quiet country lanes. Grass turnout available.

Situated in what is known as the Golden triangle the house is within 5 minutes of the M5/ Devon linkroad so an ideal base or stop off on the way to Cornwall or further into Devon. Exeter 20 mins, Taunton 15 mins, Honiton 20 mins, Bristol 1 hour. There are many stunning beaches within 30 minutes drive- North or South! The Jurassic Coastline is within 45 mins drive and for those avid surfers Woolacombe etc apprix 30 minutes drive away.
Many local attractions within easy reach which makes us ideal for family day trips to:
Dunster, Marine Aquarium, Weston-Super-Mare, Farleigh Castle, Bath, Dartmoor Zoo, Becky Falls, Arlington Court, Killerton House, Crealy Adventure Park, Bicton Botanical Gardens, Exeter Cathedral, Castle Drogo, Buckfast Abbey, plus many many more.
There are many local restaurants and garden centres nearby .
Powderham Castle is 30 minutes from us where they regularly hold openair concerts.
