Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house.

Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy.
Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city.
The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach.

You will be able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city, go for a day trip, etc. and sleep at night in the middle of nature in an extremely quiet neighborhood, only 500 meters away from the city center (5 minutes walking).

Soy una persona extrovertida. Me gusta estar en contacto con la naturaleza, la luz del día, el sol, la vegetación... me dan vida. Mi marido y yo vivimos en una casa grande y nos gustaría compartirla con gente que visite La Vall d'Albaida, que es una joya de la Comunidad Valenciana. Nos acompaña un perro de raza labrador. Ontinyent tiene 36.000 habitantes y es la capital de la comarca, tenemos parajes muy bonitos para visitar, como "El Pou Clar" y dentro de la ciudad no puedes dejar de visitar el casco antiguo "La Vila" Es una ciudad comercial, con calles como Martínez Valls y sus adyacentes, donde podrás encontrar moda, ocio, etc. Y a 12 km. tenemos Bocairent, un pueblo con un atractivo turístico increíble, digno de visitar.
