Open spaces and trails within minutes and downtown Castle Rock is a ten minute drive. Short 20 minute drive to the Lincoln light rail station that connects to downtown Denver. Spacious walk out basement suite with private patio and private parking. Queen size bed, single bed and sleeper sofa. Private entrance to suite through backyard. Private living room with big TV screen, and TV in the bedroom, a brand new kitchenette area with all the appliances . 420 friendly (outside only).

Serene location, close to the city. 30 minutes from Colorado Springs, about 20 minutes from south Denver. Our place is located to the west of Castle Rock with beautiful mountain views.
is is a lower level apartment with walkout basement and private entrance and parking. Kitchen includes a full sink, microwave, induction oven, coffee maker and full set of dishes and everything you need. Living room with pull out sofa. Bedroom includes queen bed and a twin bed, connected to full size bathroom. Outside is a patio with amazing views! You have full access to lower level areas without interaction with owners. Guests do not have access to upper deck or front patio area. Trails galore right out our back door. We do live in the upstairs full time but we are very respectful to our guests and try to keep the noise down but you may hear us from time to time. We love our home and our neighborhood and we are thrilled to share our space with others and hopefully you love castle rock as much as we do. Happy to recommend restaurants or things to do. PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES COMPLETELY BEFORE BOOKING THIS SPACE. This is our family home and a quiet neighborhood so there are strict rules in place and if not followed, guests will be asked to leave.
Kitchen is not a full kitchen but pretty well equipped. You have a refrigerator, microwave, induction oven with full set of pans, utensils, full sets of dishes, etc. and full size sink.
There is no dishwasher or washer and dryer. if you are staying for longer than a couple days, let us know and we will try and accommodate finding laundry service.
