A spacious, new, quiet and private one-floor Villa in a beautiful area just 9 miles from Punta del Este. There's a big pool and barbeque in the private back yard that can be enjoyed year round. Large dining areas inside and out, 50 inch TV/satellite, home security system. Walking distance to championship golf, beautiful lake & close to beaches, tennis, shopping, and many tourist attractions. Can sleep up to 8. Kitchen is fully equiped, towels and sheets included and washer/dryer if you need it.

Pets are allowed but we request they stay outside since many people we rent to have allergies. If the pet must be inside, we will require an additional deposit.
Smoking is not allowed inside, but outside is ok.

Washer and dryer is in the guest bathroom available at no extra charge. Pool toys/life jackets are available (pool is 4 feet deep).
There are linens and towels provided free of charge. However, if you bring your own and do not use ours, we give a $20 reimbursement.
• In order to keep our prices low and conserve electricity we may charge a service fee based on electricity usage. We will take a meter reading before and after checkin and determine if the usage is higher than what is expected for the lenght of your stay and number of people. If usage is very high, we will ask for 50% of this above average usage. This needs to be paid before your departure. We have found that if we do not do this, tenants are careless with the electricity and our electric bill soars. So please, be wary of using electricity needlessly. Please keep in mind that you will not be charged for water usage, wifi, trash removal, towels, linens, TV, or the alarm system which many other houses or villas may charge for. We appreciate your understanding.

Famous Hand Sculpture on the beach in Punta del Este is 14 km away. Punta del Este is rated the top vacation spot in South America with the Nagaro Casino, fine dining, shops, marina and friendly people. Gorriti Island nature preserve is a short ferry ride away. The city of Maldonado is 10 minutes away with shopping, street vendors, restaurants, arts & crafts, farmers markets. The Villa is 15 minutes away from Piriopolis, a smaller beach town with a beautiful beach along the Rio de la Platta with little surf ideal for small children. The Carrasco International Airport is about an hour away, while the Punta airport is just 10 minutes away. A quiet and secure neighborhood with a top security system, big backyard for children, carport, patio with barbeque, outdoor shower, pool toys, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table & chairs.
