Very quiet neighborhood located close to Academy Blvd. Only a 10 min drive to the US Air Force Academy. Dublin Park is a short, 4 min walk from the house.There are 3 living areas and 4 levels in this home.
The main level is great for entertaining. It is very open and spacious. The kitchen island has seating for 4 and the dining table seats 6. Your entire group will love hanging out together in this space. From this space, you can go up to the bedrooms, down to the lower level living space, out to the front deck (incredible views of Pikes Peak), or out to the back patio with hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ.
The upper level features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed and master bath. The master bath has a new, spacious shower with a bench. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. There is a hall bath that includes a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have room darkening shades and closets. There are also white noise machines and cell phone charging stations in each room.
The lower level (garage level) features a 55" Smart TV and plenty of seating for 6. There is a sleeper sofa in this room (the room has room darkening shades). There is a 1/2 bath and laundry room on this level.
The basement can be accessed from lower living area. The basement features a huge 65" Smart TV, arcade game, and Ping Pong Table. There is also a game table with plenty of board games in this space.
The outdoor spaces are what Colorado is all about. The brand new front deck is a great place to relax and look at the views. Whether it's coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening, it is a great place with an awesome view! The back patio includes a patio table (seats 8), a gas fire pit, a hot tub, and BBQ.

Guests will have access to the entire home including the 2 car garage. There is a key-less code on both the front door and the garage for easy access to the home.

- Short-term Rental Permit # STR-0127 (01/18/21)
- Maintenance on the hot tub may occur during your stay (usually Monday). If this happens, the maintenance person, Jackie, will need access to the backyard and possibly garage. She will knock on door or ring the doorbell when she arrives.
- Trash day is Tuesday. If your stay falls on this day, the trash and recycling containers will need to be put out curbside Tuesday morning.
- Snow removal is the responsibility of the guests. Snow shovels are provided. If you require assistance with snow removal, please call the host, Laura.
