Apartment in the 12th floor with incredible views of the city, in one of the most exclusive zones of Guatemala city. The building is inside a private neighborhood with gated security and has the following amenities: pool, gym, playground and a small convenience store in the lobby. Less than one km. from a supermarket and one of the best malls in the city (with banks and exclusive stores). Two kms. from the famous Zona Viva with bars, restaurants and clubs. Private hospitals only two kms. away.

The apartment has 2 private rooms. The first one has a queen size bed and a single bed (room for 2 people) and the second with a queen bed (for one person). The rooms share a full bathroom (with shower and a tub) and there is an extra half bathroom. Guests might share the common areas of the apartment (living room, dinning room, kitchen and washer/dryer) with other guests and myself.
