Perfect for families or a group of friends looking to enjoy all that the Finger Lakes have to offer. This fully equipped home is newly remodeled. Ideally located directly on Seneca Lake only 10 minutes from downtown Geneva. Great breweries and wineries within a 5 minute drive. Enjoy the expansive deck overlooking the water, dock, and 6 person Jacuzzi Hot Tub.

There is ample space throughout the house for gatherings. Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy alfresco dining on the deck overlooking the water, sit down to a family dinner at the large dining room table, or enjoy a casual breakfast gathered in the eat-in kitchen. The house is in an ideal location. It’s a short distance to the NYS Thruway and there are lots of restaurants and activities in downtown Geneva. Situated on the Seneca Beer and Wine Trail with Bottomless Brewery, 3 Brothers, Zugibe Winery, and Ventosa Winery all within a 5 minute drive. The living room has a Smart TV, Alexa sound system, and a selection of books and board games. The upstairs master bedroom has two queen size beds, a view overlooking the water, and a large master bathroom with a double vanity sink. The second upstairs bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom is downstairs with a twin bunk bed. The house has central air conditioning. There is a queen size pullout couch in the living room. The second bathroom is downstairs with a tile shower. The expansive deck overlooking lake has patio seating for 12. A set of stairs lead down to private lake shore access to the water. The dock goes out into the water for sunbathing and swimming. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the lake during the day and take in the beauty of the sunset in the evening.
All linens are provided including Pottery Barn duvets, bathrobes, and beach towels. A hair dryer, emergency toiletries, an iron are all provided. Fully equipped kitchen includes toaster, coffee maker, Kureg, microwave, dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, and utensils. We also provide basic condiments, cooking oil and a limited supply of coffee. The house has high-speed wireless internet.
The Neighborhood:
Three state parks and National Forest are nearby, as are casual and fine dining, an outlet mall, Wegman's, and Red Jacket Orchards. The house is directly on the Seneca Lake beer and wine trail, but also only a short drive over to the wineries on Cayuga Lake. For those interested in exploring the area more the house is close to the National Women's Hall of Fame, Clifton Springs Spa, Rose Hill Mansion, Hobart & William Smith College, The Finger Lakes Performing Arts Center, Sonnenburg Gardens, Smith Opera House, Belhurst Castle, golfing, Watkins Glen, and Del Lago Casino. Rochester and Syracuse airports are about 40 minutes away and Niagara Falls is about a 90 minute drive. We're happy to offer suggestions and the house has a guest book with our favorite restaurants, wineries, and breweries as well as maps and brochures that you can take with you while exploring the area.

My husband Adam and I love to travel. Seeing and experiencing new places helps us to appreciate all that we have and enjoy the beauty of the world and new discoveries. We fell in love with the Finger Lakes region and all that it has to offer. We were married in 2015 at Zugibe Winery on Seneca Lake and have purchased a home on the lake to relax, reconnect, and spend time with family.
