It is a brand-new house built in December 2017 and decorated exclusively for guests' comfort.
It has 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor for accessibility and all of them with Smart TV 40 ", living room with Smart TV 60" and sofa-bed, full equipped kitchen, dining room with 8 seats dining table, service area with washer and dryer, one bathroom on the groud floor and 2 bathrooms upstairs.
The external area has a private swimming pool which can be heated upon request and a fee, 1 toilet, 2 loungers and 1 table with 6 chairs.
There is also a gas grill that can be used upon request and a fee.
There are 2 private parking spaces available in a few steps from the front door.

All guests can enjoy the entire house, except for a small deposit under the stairs, which we use to store the maintenance items.
Guests also have access to the entire common area of the condo, including the complete Clubhouse at absolutely no additional cost.

- Pool heating fee: $30 per day with a minimum of 5 days;
- BBQ Grill fee: $65 for the whole period of stay;
- Your pet is very welcome in our house! There is a $300 non-refundable fee for the whole period of the stay. No charge for service animals.
