Regarding the towel, i did not see your message asking for it since you messaged me after 10 in the night. Usually I am available 24 hours for the service, but was unable to on that day due to some issues, really sorry for the inconvenience. But i have pasted the intercom number of the staff who is available 24 hours on the phone stand inside the room. You could have called him if you were not able to reach me. And after seeing your review, i thoroughly checked the Air conditioner and geyser, and i did not find any water dripping out of AC or any problem with geyser. In our Geyser, it takes around 8-10 minutes for the water to get heated, i think that might be issue. But for the AC, i even got it checked with a mechanic who did not find any issues with it. And please explain me why you said the photos was deceiving, i have all real and recent photos in the listing and anyone can check that.
