Our vacation home was designed with everyone's vacation in mind and has an ocean view. Our condo complex has been renovated and is ready for you to make great memories. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath open kitchen, living room and breakfast bar allows everyone to enjoy some time away. From the living room, there is direct access to a screened in porch. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and an ocean view balcony.

The ocean is outside our door as well as all the other amenities that make memories for a lifetime.
Elevators are conveniently located to allow easy access to the beach, condo and covered parking garage. You can keep your car parked as you visit the famous Ocean Annie's oceanfront bar or the very popular River City Cafe, Flip Flops, Harry and the Hat or Finn McCool's chain restaurant. There is also a small grocery and liquor store across the street. When you do have an inclination to get in your car (or walk), you are just minutes away from shopping at the Tanger Outlets, Walmart or McCallister's. Or, you can visit Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Mall or Barefoot Landing. And that is not to mention that you are just minutes away in any direction from some of the most challenging golf available. You can also enjoy the children's pool, a putt-putt golf surface, a children's playground and a charcoal grilling area with picnic tables. This vacation home is the complete ocean view vacation destination.

Our property is located near 5 great restaurants, grocery and liquor store, that you can walk to. The condo is located at the end of the road so traffic is light and it is family friendly. There is plenty to enjoy without getting in your car.
We have free Wi-Fi and linens. The beach is outside your door, with a pool to enjoy as well. The grocery store also has shops for beach wear and fun. There is shopping less than a couple of miles away and golf courses are located nearby as well.
We invested in this condo so that you can enjoy making memories in Myrtle Beach in our retirement home. We have been going to MB our entire lives and it is a wonderful, fun place to relax. We hope you will consider enjoying our home!
