The accommodation is attached to our house but self-contained, comprising sitting room with kitchenette, shower room & bedroom. Private entrance via french doors overlooking the garden . Basic essentials are provided along with cereal & pastries for each day and a home made treat on arrival. For summer 2020 we have instigated a 2 day preparation period allowing us to deep clean and disinfect after each guest therefore for this period minimum stay is 2 nights

All on one level, this is ideal for people with reduced mobility, a walk in shower with 62 cms access, all doors internal doors are 82 cms wide. Fully equipped kitchenette includes a full size cooker, fridge with freezer box and slimline dishwasher. Cooking utensils, pans, baking trays and bowls supplied along with crockery, cutlery and glasses. Table top ironing board and iron provided. All bedding, towels, tea towels and kitchen cloths supplied. Third bed is a 'chair' bed in the sitting room - fine for a child this may be a bit small for a fully grown adult. Travel cot available and inflatable toddler bed (ages 3 - 6) available

We are at the top of a short hill - this would only be a problem if you were pushing a wheelchair (perhaps) or have difficulty walking.
Reedham has no street lights so is sometimes very dark - don't worry we have left a couple of torches for you to use.
We are opposite a primary school so if you are staying during the week in term time you may hear a 'burst' of excited chatter at around 08:50 - this lasts about 10 minutes and unless you are a light sleeper your probably won't even notice!

Reedham is a Broadland village with the River Yare running through. We have two pubs who do food and a social club which welcomes visitors. A 'retro cafe' with a part time Post office in it is the latest addition to the village and we also have a small grocery shop and Fish and Chip shop which are all within easy walking distance. Reedham boasts it's own brewery (Humpty Dumpty) with their shop and Pettitts Animal Adventure park is aimed at children under 10 years old. We are midway between the medieval city of Norwich (which is well worth a visit) and the coastal town of Great Yarmouth. We are close to the RSPB sanctuary at Strumpshaw Fen and within easy reach of many historical properties, the rivers and waters of Broadland and some beautiful beaches.

Friendly and helpful, we will be available to help you with anything you need or want to know about. However, we will be discreet and leave you to your own devices if that's what you prefer - our motto is "it's your holiday"
住宿期間
We will be here to greet you and show you around and answer any questions you have. We have plenty of details about local attractions and are happy to share our local knowledge. I work during the week (sometimes from home) so would not be available all of the time but we are always contactable (and local) by phone. You may see us pottering about in the garden (more so in the spring and summer) and we will be here much more at the weekends.
