There are 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ,a huge livingroom,a balcony and a wonderful, large kitchen .

Very good access to public transport: Metro4 ,Metro3 lines are in the vicinity, as well as the stop of main tram line.
The airport transfer bus, number: 100E is stop in Kálvin tér , this is 400 meter far away.
You will love the apartment because of the lots of light, high ceiling, and the practicality we kept in mind while renovating it. It is perfect both for holiday & business, for friends, families&couples. The apartment is super-comfy for 10 guests.
A first-floor apartment in a 19th century building with classic courtyard.
Literally everything is new in the apartment: the furniture, machines, accessories, mattresses, bedlinen, everything.
We took special care of practicality and included all the small, but important details which make the traveler`s life more comfortable:
• high speed WIFI accessible from every corner of the apartment
• loads of lights
• comfortable mattresses & pillows
• quality soft towels which you can heat on the special towel dryers in the bathroom
• and discover the rest while staying at us!
There is three separate bedrooms in the apartment :2 bedroom with queen size beds and 1 sofabed,and one bedroom other room with a sofabed.
The fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge and microwave ,oven is suitable for cook. You can find a coffee maker, tea ,salt, oil and spices are also available, enabling you to prepare your meal if you don’t feel like going out.
The two spacious bathrooms come with a shower cabin and a toilet. It is equipped not only with towels, but also with all the necessary amenities, like hairdryer, shower gel & shampoo,cotton buds etc.
We provide you with fresh towels : 1 peace 140x70cm , 1peace 50x40cm,
bedlinen & kitchen towels on your arrival.

The apartment is in a residential building, please move around quietly to avoid disturbing any local residents.
•We do not allow any partying in the apartment, as such hen/stag/bachelor/etc. parties
•This is a non-smoking apartment. Please use the balcony which open to the kitchen for smoking.
* Smoking in the apartment EUR200 charge
•Do not use the towels for makeup removal! Any towels beyond cleaning will be charged.
•The storage room is for staff only.
•Please turn off all electric appliances when you leave the apartment.
•For loss of keys we charge EUR100.
•Upon arrival it is mandatory to show your ID/passports. Accommodations in Hungary are required to register guests.
•We'd like you to leave the apartment in the way you found it.
•Please inform us about any problems in the apartment.

We live int the other place,but will be always available for you during your stay,keep touch online.
We haven't got air conditioner.
Late check-in, after 10 pm., is 15 Euro.
