Family accommodation in the Conero Park
Only one big room (sq. m 33) for you with inside bathroom!!!!
5 km. from the city center (old town),
5 km. of the Port,
7 km. from the beaches of Portonovo Bay and Mezzavalle,
15 km. from Sirolo.
We can accommodate 1 to 4 guests in 3 comfortable beds.
During your stay, I will present in the house..except family commitments!!
ROOM:
The room (sq. m.33) with balcony, has direct access to the private bathroom.
Can also, on request, to have a cot.
The room overlooking Mount Conero and the Marche countryside.
HOUSE:
The building is located on a local road, transited only by residents, easily accessible from the main street: NO PARKING PROBLEM.
Breakfast with local products is served from 07. 30 (unless otherwise agreed).
Car Parking: in front of the house, along the country road.
HOUSE ANIMALS:
English Setter
- 3 cats,
-5 chickens
Michele, my husband, he is happy to teach you the art of homemade pizza and bread!!!
No smoking inside the house.

sono una grande amante di animali, piante, libri e belle camminate. Con la mia famiglia ho viaggiato con il camper in lungo ed in largo per l'italia, per poi scoprire che i posti più belli li avevo a due passi da casa. Abbiamo quindi deciso, tre anni fa, di trascorrere le nostre vacanze estive nella vicina Baia di Portonovo e di riscoprire i luoghi nativi per troppo tempo trascurati. Mi piace fare lunghe passeggiate con il mio cane nella campagna intorno casa e sarei contenta di potervici accompagnare. Ho molto tempo libero e posso dedicarmi agli ospiti per far loro apprezzare le tante bellezze della mia città. Amo la pizza fatta in casa..è il rito del sabato sera!!!!!
