The apartment (53,5 sqm) offers 2,5 rooms and is really cool!
The spacious combined kitchen/living room has three big windows to the south side (very bright!) offers a sofa, desk & dining table and a stereo. The new kitchen comes with an induction stove and a big fridge.
The comfortable bedroom accomdates a big box-spring bed (1,6m* 2m) and a spacious sideboard.

You have access to the living room and kitchen, spacious bathroom and bedroom. The latter one offers a sideboard and comfortable bed. The bathroom brings you back to the 70s' and does its job :)
其他注意事項
The apartment is in an historical building. While this is adding to its charme the sound insulation isn't particularly the best. Since the apartment is on the top floor you have to walk "light footed", otherwise you might have a discussion with the neighbour (in german ;)
